Meet Sands
My passion for wellness and emotional healing grew from my own journey of learning how to create greater balance, resilience, and self-worth in the midst of life’s challenges. 

After years working in the fast-paced textile design industry, I experienced firsthand how chronic stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and unhealthy patterns can affect both body and mind. 

That experience inspired me to explore a more holistic and sustainable approach to wellbeing — one that supports lasting transformation rather than temporary fixes. 
This journey led me to train in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Counselling, Psych-K®, and Health & Wellness Coaching. 
Along the way, I discovered the power of nourishing both the body and mindset with compassion, practical tools, and supportive habits that create real, lasting change. 

Today, I support clients in reconnecting with themselves — mind, body, and spirit — so they can feel more grounded, confident, energised, and in control of their health and lives. 

Clients often describe me as warm, encouraging, calm, and quietly directive — someone who creates a safe and supportive space while helping them move forward with clarity and consistency. 

My approach is gentle, practical, and realistic. I believe wellbeing shouldn’t feel restrictive or overwhelming, but rather empowering, sustainable, and deeply personal to each individual. 

Outside of my work, you’ll usually find me walking my dogs in the forest, enjoying the ocean with friends, spending time with my family, or creating beautiful textile and fabric designs — creativity and nature are both a big part of what keeps me balanced and inspired.

My intention is not simply to help you feel better temporarily, but to support you in creating a life that feels healthier, lighter, more aligned, and truly sustainable. 

Because wellbeing is not about perfection.
It’s about coming home to yourself.
